Kellys’ salute to outgoing commissioner Ray Kelly

The Kelly Gang will toast its co-founder Ray Kelly at his last Kelly Gang luncheon as police commissioner Friday.

The group will gather at The Four Seasons restaurant where author Tom Kelly, Post Media Ink columnist Keith J. Kelly, Jim Kelly of Vanity Fair, Ray’s son and “Good Day NY” co-host Greg Kelly, and Kelly Gang president Ed Kelly, whose day job is CEO of American Express Publishing, will send off the outgoing top cop.

Xavier HS English teacher — and non-Kelly — Matthew Thomas will make a special guest appearance. Thomas scored a seven-figure advance for his debut novel, “We Are Not Ourselves,” about a multigenerational Irish-American family living in Jackson Heights and Bronxville. The book is due out in September from Simon & Schuster.
